Our primary initiative is the establishment of a reentry house for women at 4919 S. Catherine Street in Plattsburgh, NY. This facility opened in the fall of 2024 and is serving as a safe haven for women transitioning from incarceration or other challenging circumstances. Within this supportive community, residents will have access to a range of services, including peer-to-peer support, comprehensive case management, and various therapeutic and educational programs. Our case management services are tailored to each individual's needs, providing personalized plans that address housing, employment, healthcare, and legal issues. Our goal is to help each woman regain her sense of self-worth and independence, empowering her to lead a fulfilling and productive life.
