Corner of Richmond and Wall

These faithful women remind us of the woman at the well, who, after encountering Jesus, went at once to share the Good News with her whole community.

Every Monday at 11:00 AM, the West End Lunch Ladies — the Ladies of the WELL — bring the love of Christ to the corner of Richmond and Wall on Syracuse’s West Side. What used to be a drug-selling corner has been transformed into Bible study, crafts, and food for the body and the spirit.

Through their presence, food, literature, and compassion, they shine the light of Jesus in a powerful and practical way. Women and children, and the men of the neighborhood, are blessed with food, crafts, diapers, and counseling.

God shines brightly in the eyes, hands, and feet of these two ministries. Glory to God that we have been given the honor to serve together.
