Fred Perry Sr. serves as Co-Leader of The Brotherhood Empowerment Project alongside Clinton Jackson. He is passionate about creating a safe, Christ-centered environment where men can gather, share openly, and grow together in their faith. Through encouragement, prayer, accountability, and biblical discipleship, Fred helps men become stronger followers of Christ and effective leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.

Ministry Focus

• Co-leads The Brotherhood Empowerment Project, an “Iron Sharpens Iron” ministry for men
• Creates a welcoming, Christ-centered space for men from all backgrounds and denominations
• Encourages honest conversations, authentic relationships, and spiritual growth
• Equips men through prayer, biblical accountability, and discipleship
• Helps men strengthen their character, discover their purpose, and lead well in their families, churches, and communities
• Promotes ongoing brotherhood and support beyond weekly gatherings

The Brotherhood Empowerment Project is built on the belief that men’s struggles are universal and that lasting growth happens when men walk alongside one another in faith. More than a weekly meeting, it is a brotherhood where men can ask real questions, share openly, receive wisdom, and encourage one another to become the men God has called them to be.
